Bruce Vitosh

General Manager & CEO

Vitosh graduated in 1987 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting.  Vitosh holds a Certified Public Accountancy certificate and joined the District in February of 2008.

Michelle Junker

Manager of Corporate Services

Junker graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and joined the district in 2010 as Supervisor of General Accounting-Benefits Administrator. Junker brings previous accounting experience in the healthcare and manufacturing industries to the District.

Randy Evans

Manager of Operations

Evans started his career at Norris in 1979 as a lineman in Lancaster County. Since that time he has held the positions of Chief Area Serviceman, Construction Superintendent, Area Manager and was promoted to his current position of Manager of Operations in January of 2005. Randy serves on the Nebraska One-Call Board of Directors.

Jerry Enns

Manager of Engineering

Enns is a graduate of the University of Nebraska- Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electrical Engineering. He was hired by the District in May of 1990 as an Engineer. In February of 2005 he was promoted to his current position of Manager of Engineering.
