Business :: Payment Options

Monthly bills can be paid each month electronically, by mail, over the phone or in person at any Norris area office.  The District accepts payments in the form of cash, checks, and money orders.  In addition, the District also accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards from certain customers who desire to charge their payments.  For your convenience, Norris has set up multiple bill payment programs, which are described below:

Go Paperless with E-Bill
Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, your electric bill will be available to you online. Each month when your Norris electric bill is generated, you will receive an e-mail from Norris stating that your bill is ready to be viewed. Click here for answers to some frequently asked questions.

Bank Draft Program
Customers may also take advantage of the District's Bank Draft Program. This service allows the customer to pay their electric bill each month without the inconvenience of writing a check. This monthly charge will be included on the customer's bank statement.

Recurring Credit Card Program
Another service that certain customers may use to pay their electric bill each month is our Recurring Credit Card Program. Customers provide us with a credit card number we place on file and their monthly electric bill is automatically charged to that card each month.
