WANTED: 

         Your Favorite Recipe from Scratch

The year 2008 is the 75th Anniversary of the Norris Public Power District.  The District would like to put together a cookbook for this event and would like our customers to help us by submitting one of their own recipes to be included in the book.  We are asking for  recipes from scratch only.
