Happy Holidays

from Norris Public Power District.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and employees at Norris Public Power District, we would like to wish you a safe and happy holiday season. In addition, we would like to extend a hearty “Thank You” to our customers for their patience and support during the November snowstorm that struck southern Gage, Jefferson and Thayer counties. Our crews were appreciative of the kindness shown to them during the restoration after the storm, whether it was a phone call, a note or a snack delivered to crews working long hours in the field. Again thank you for your support!

The Norris District is proud to be your electrical energy supplier! Enjoy this festive time of year with family and friends and greet the New Year with energy, health and safety!

2010 Rate Increase       back to top >>

Each year the District thoroughly identifies the costs of service for each class of customer. Based on the cost of service analysis for 2010, the Norris Public Power District Board of Directors approved an average rate increase for Norris Public Power District retail and wholesale customers of 6.8%. The actual rate increase by customer class will vary based on the above mentioned cost of service rate analysis. This rate increase will become effective on January 1, 2010. Visit our website at www.norrisppd.com for a complete list of the 2010 rate schedules.
