1. What can I do with E-Bill?

  • View all of your Norris accounts
  • Print off a paper copy of your bill
  • Pay your bills from the convenience of your own home
  • Submit your meter reading

2. Is E-Bill secure?

Yes, we've taken numerous steps to make sure your information is kept secure and private.

3. Paying Your Bill

There are numerous ways in which you can pay your bill each month. You do not have to pay your bill at the time you receive the e-mail notification, just as long as your payment reaches us by the due date. Many customers do, however, find it helpful to pay it right away so they don't forget or delete the e-bill message.

Payments can be made online through the e-billing system by e-check, credit card, or debit card. You may also mail in your payment, drop it off at your local Norris office or phone us with your payment information.

4. What if I have more than one Norris account?

To add multiple accounts, on the E-bill page, click to sign up account for online account access as if you were a new user. Enter the account number of the account, the last name, the same email and password you are using for your first account. You should get a confirmation screen that you are signed up. Log on to E-bill by entering your email and password and both accounts will appear on the screen.

5. Budget Billing/Bank Draft/Recurring Credit Card Customers

If you currently utilize the budget billing, bank draft or recurring credit card options you may still do so with e-billing. Bank drafts and recurring credit card payments are processed five days before your bill is due. For customers on budget billing, once you log in to e-bill it will state "Budget Billed" and the budget amount due. By viewing the bill, you will be able to see the actual detailed information.

6. Will I still receive a Paper Bill in the mail?

No. As long as you are signed up for e-bill, you will only receive an electronic bill. If you want to retain a copy of your bill for your records, you can simply print one from your online e-bill account.
