Kevin Pollard, P.E.

Pollard graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1980 with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He joined the District in 1984 as an engineer and later held the Manager of Engineering position. In 1988, Pollard was appointed Assistant General Manager of Engineering. He became the Norris District's fourth general manager on August 16, 2004 with the retirement of Glen Schmieding. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Nebraska.

Bruce Vitosh

Manager of Finance and Accounting

Vitosh graduated in 1987 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting.  Vitosh holds a Certified Public Accountancy certificate and joined the District in February of 2008.

Randy Evans

Manager of Operations

Evans started his career at Norris in 1979 as a lineman in Lancaster County. Since that time he has held the positions of Chief Area Serviceman, Construction Superintendent, Area Manager and was promoted to his current position of Manager of Operations in January of 2005. Randy serves on the Nebraska One-Call Board of Directors.

Andrea Schafer

Manager of Public Relations and Economic Development

Schafer is a 2000 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. She joined the Norris District in August of 2006 as the Manager of Public Relations and Economic Development.

Dave Brauning

Manager of Network and Information Systems

Brauning is a 1981 graduate of Dordt College. He joined Norris in August of 2004 and holds industry certifications from Microsoft and Cisco.

Jay Schulz

Engineering Systems Manager

Schulz began his career at Norris in 1971 as a serviceman. He later transferred to the Engineering Department where he has served as Engineer, and Engineering Construction Supervisor. In February of 2005 he was promoted to Engineering Systems Manager. Schulz is a graduate of the Electronic Computer Programming Institute.

Jerry Enns

Manager of Engineering

Enns is a graduate of the University of Nebraska- Lincoln with a BA in Electrical Engineering. He was hired by the District in May of 1990 as Engineer. In February of 2005 he was promoted to his current position of Manager of Engineering.
