The Norris Public Power District serves customers in Lancaster, Gage, Saline, Jefferson, and Thayer counties in southeast Nebraska. The District is divided into three service areas with operating and maintenance centers located in Beatrice, Hebron, and south of Lincoln. The District's main office, which houses management, accounting, billing, and engineering personnel, is located in Beatrice.
