Norris Public Power District

Residential :: Rate Schedules

The District has consistently fixed, set and maintained rates and charges sufficient to provide for the payment of the District's operation and maintenance expenses.

The authority to determine, fix, impose and collect rates and charges for the electric power and energy sold and delivered is vested solely with the District's Board of Directors. The District's rates are not subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of any governmental authority or agency, state or federal, nor is the District subject to regulation by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
