Norris Public Power District offers a variety of programs and services to our customers in relation to conserving energy. The programs and services offered include a rebate incentive program for heat pumps, water heaters, and electric heating and cooling systems; free home energy audits; load management control for homes and irrigation wells; and various energy solution tips for your home.
